MPLG ® (Maximum Penile Length & Girth) Technique
In years past, some men have reported mild loss of penile length and girth after receiving a penile implant. After examining and re-operating on some of these men, and after speaking with hundreds of new patients, Dr. Garber became aware that it is extremely important for a man to maintain his maximal penile length and girth. It also became apparent that conventional surgical techniques would often result in some loss of penile length and girth.
In response to this, Dr. Garber analyzed current surgical techniques, and developed some modifications that would allow a man to maintain his maximal penile length and girth. Keep in mind that this technique does not result in penile enlargement; it simply preserves a man’s maximal penile length and girth. This new technique will be submitted for publication in the not-too-distant future. Dr. Garber currently uses the MPLG™ technique on most of his patients.
